TVI wants each of its clients to have the technology he or she needs to live independently and work productively.

Technology gives individuals with visual impairments access to print media such as newspapers, books and mail. Furthermore, technology promotes access to information, communication and participation in social media. With the help of assistive technology and accessibility options, people with sensory loss can enjoy TV, movies, events and hobbies of their choice.

TVI staff members have the knowledge and desire to train our clients to use the technology. Our clients have the desire and commitment to learn. What we lack is adequate funding for technology and training. It is ONLY through donations and community partnerships that we are able to give consumers the technology that changes their lives!
