Ms Barefoot grew up in Chesapeake, VA and moved to South Carolina 1994. She is Clemson a University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with Special Education certification from Furman University. She is certified to teach students with Intellectual Disabilities and all students in 2nd through 5th grades. Ms. Barefoot has 14 years’ experience as a Special Education teacher, 11 of those at Honea Path Elementary School in Anderson School District 2.
